Marbled paper!

We loved making marbled paper using just shaving foam and food colouring! Squirt some shaving foam onto some greaseproof paper, then level out using a spatula. Blob some food colouring onto the shaving foam. Take a skewer or any type of stick and swirl it through the shaving foam to make pretty patterns. Then place a white piece of paper on top of the foam and press it down so that the whole of the paper has touched the foam.

Remove it, and then wipe off the shaving foam and leave the paper to dry. Result – pretty paper!

Inquisitive

Hi! I’m Claire, stay-at-home-mum to two gorgeous boys and a lovely girl. My kids are energetic, spirited and full-of-life, and they certainly keep me on my toes. I love spending time with them and seeing them learn and experience new things – I hope that this blog will give you ideas to try out on the children in your life!
