Shaving foam rain clouds!

You may have guessed that we really like shaving foam for messy play in our household! It’s got such a lovely texture. So we decided to make some shaving foam rain clouds…and turn it into messy play. Such easy fun!

Put some water into a glass, then a good dollop of shaving foam on top. Mix some food colouring and water together and then pipette it on top of the shaving foam and watch it filter through the ‘cloud’. My boys loved this, and it then turned into messy play as they wanted to keep pipetting coloured water into shaving foam. So I put a load of shaving foam in a tub and let them get on with it. It kept them amused for ages and is one we often go back to!
