Mount Rushmore craft for America week

We loved this Mount Rushmore craft which I found at Tippytoe Crafts Mt Rushmore craft and did as part of our ‘America week’.

My eldest enjoyed using scissors and glue, and my youngest (17mo at the time) walked around with his head through the hole for most of the afternoon! It also enabled us to talk about Presidents – what a President is, why that’s different to our Queen, where the President lives etc. Good fun!
