Wailing Wall for Israel week

We couldn’t ‘visit’ Israel without making the Wailing or Western Wall. To do this, I placed a piece of masking tape along the floor and asked my preschooler to build a wall the length of the tape that had gaps we could place notes into.

He used mega bloks for this activity. I think he did a pretty good job of fulfilling the brief! We talked about the Wailing Wall as he was doing it, and then we wrote a prayer to stick into one of the holes.

Here is a link to the mega bloks we used. Please note that this is an affiliate link, which means that if you purchase them  here I get a small commission at no cost to you.

Inquisitive

Hi! I’m Claire, stay-at-home-mum to two gorgeous boys and a lovely girl. My kids are energetic, spirited and full-of-life, and they certainly keep me on my toes. I love spending time with them and seeing them learn and experience new things – I hope that this blog will give you ideas to try out on the children in your life!
