Making a Roman Centurion’s helmet

As part of ‘Italy week’, we decided to make a Roman Centurion’s helmet for my preschooler to wear. For this craft, I simply cut out the shapes you can see in the left hand picture from white card and a paper plate, and then stuck them together. Add some paint and some tassles for the top, and you have a helmet!

If you want to have a go, here is a link to the paint we used. Please note that this is an affiliate link, which means that if you purchase the paint here I get a small commission at no cost to you.

Inquisitive

Hi! I’m Claire, stay-at-home-mum to two gorgeous boys and a lovely girl. My kids are energetic, spirited and full-of-life, and they certainly keep me on my toes. I love spending time with them and seeing them learn and experience new things – I hope that this blog will give you ideas to try out on the children in your life!
