Making pizza

Italy week would definitely not be complete without making our own pizza. I decided that in order for it to count, we had to make it all from scratch. I found this pizza recipe which was just perfect – not too complicated so that the kids could make it, and yummy too by all accounts. My toddler is not normally a pizza fan, but even he enjoyed this one. And I think my pre-schooler (who loves pizza!) enjoyed it all the more because he made it.
