Painting the Sistine chapel

As part of ‘Italy week’, I set up the Sistine Chapel and let my 4yo pretend to be Michelangelo for the morning (we included the Vatican City in our Italy week). He loved the idea of creating an artwork whilst lying on his back! We just used his little craft table with some poster paper stuck to the underside. I thought about paint, and decided that with the likelihood that it would drip all over his face, we would go with felt tip pens!

Inquisitive

Hi! I’m Claire, stay-at-home-mum to two gorgeous boys and a lovely girl. My kids are energetic, spirited and full-of-life, and they certainly keep me on my toes. I love spending time with them and seeing them learn and experience new things – I hope that this blog will give you ideas to try out on the children in your life!
