For ‘Japan week’, we made some Matcha green tea jelly using this recipe.
It was easy to do, and my preschooler was intrigued how this runny solution would turn into jelly. He loved the feel of it when it had set, though he was a little uncertain about the taste. Good to give him a smell and flavour of Japan though!
